A refreshing watermelon sorbet that captures the essence of summer with a sweet, icy texture.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or honey/agave syrup)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds.
  2. Blend the watermelon until smooth, straining if desired.
  3. Mix in lemon juice and sweetener until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 2-3 hours, scraping with a fork every 30 minutes.

Notes

For a twist, try adding lime juice or mix in fresh herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for 1-2 weeks.
