Fluffy and delightful breakfast rolls infused with herbs and spices, perfect for brunch gatherings or cozy breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • Mixed herbs and spices (to taste)
  • Optional fillings: cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients.
  3. Knead the dough for several minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm spot until it doubles in size.
  5. Roll the dough out and spread your chosen fillings.
  6. Shape the rolls and let them rise again briefly.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown.
