Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup salted caramel, chopped
  • Sea salt for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and both sugars together until fluffy.
  2. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in chopped salted caramel pieces.
  4. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, flattening slightly.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
