Delightful Peach Crumb Bars combine the sweetness of ripe peaches with a buttery crumb topping, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
  4. Layer half of the crumb mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Arrange the peach slices on top of the crumb layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes
