A quick, healthy breakfast made with chia seeds, almond milk, and fresh apples, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut/oat milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 medium apple, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir well to ensure there are no clumps.
  3. Add in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
  4. Mix in the diced apples.
  5. Cover the mixture and let it chill in the fridge overnight.
  6. Stir again before serving in the morning.

Notes

For best results, stir after the first hour of soaking. Can add a splash of almond milk before serving if thickened.
