  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, peaches, mango)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions by mixing it with boiling water and letting it cool slightly.
  2. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into a clear dish and refrigerate until just set.
  3. Arrange your favorite fruits on top of the partially set gelatin.
  4. Pour another layer of gelatin over the fruits and continue this process until the dish is filled.
  5. Chill the dessert until completely firm.

Notes
