Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup peach puree (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) in one bowl.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients (honey, peach puree, cream cheese, egg, vanilla extract, and milk) in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Blend the dry mixture into the wet mixture just until combined.
  5. Fill the muffin liners with the batter and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool the cupcakes before frosting with the remaining cream cheese.
