Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring the steak to room temperature before cooking.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and add oil.
  3. Sear the filet mignon until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Rest the steak while preparing the sauce.
  5. Combine lobster stock and heavy cream in the same pan, simmering and thickening.
