Deliciously crispy and tender sliders with a creamy, spicy sauce, perfect for any meal or gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into slider-sized pieces
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • Slider buns
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Fresh cucumbers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into slider-sized pieces and coat in seasoned breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth for the sauce.
  5. Drain the fried chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Assemble the sliders with crispy chicken on buns, drizzling with sauce and adding lettuce or cucumbers.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Don’t overcrowd the pan while frying for optimal crispiness.
